    <description>Our Annual Parish Meeting and Luncheon is Sunday, January 27, following the 9am Mass – please note there will be only one Mass at 9am.  This is an important future-planning meeting for all parishioners to attend.  Child-care is provided and it is a covered dish luncheon, so please bring something to share.  &lt;br&gt;

    <description>Notice that there will be a VICTORY celebration of the community Paramour 40 days of prayer to reduce crime&lt;br&gt;
this Sunday at 4:00PM at Paramour Park.....just a short way from the Cathedral...we will send directions this week.  We will be the fourth VICTORY prayer sometime after 4:30pm. All are invited to show our support to the police and our neighbors just next door to our community.  The mayor and dignitaries will begin the ceremony at approximately 4:00pm.  The entire event should last approximately one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes. Fr. David will see you there!</description>

All of the Bishops have arrived safely, attended Mass this morning and were treated to a wonderful breakfast. Now they are off to the hotel to start the meetings.  The Bishops wil be attending meeting through Wednesday. The DEUS Synod starts Thursday. &lt;br&gt;

    <description>Bishop Lou visited Harriet on Monday, May 7 in the hospital and she was not doing so well &amp; having trouble breathing. &lt;br&gt;

Eudora and Jane visited Harriet on Friday and she was doing just OK and is moving to an assisted living situation. She will be added to the &lt;br&gt;
Cathedral schedule for home communions on a regular basis.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
The Church office will let you know what Assist living she will be moved to if you would like to visit and/or send cards.</description>

    <description>Hello Cathedral family: just wanted to let you know that a parishioner Connie Nickels passed on Sunday,&lt;br&gt;
12/3.  Bishop &amp; Fr. David will have the Memorial Service tomorrow, Saturday, 12/16 at 2pm.  If anyone can attend to represent the Cathedral family that would be wonderful.  The internment of the ashes will immediately follow in the St. Francis Memorial Garden.</description>
